Hello,I have some upper ab definition. I guess that puts me around 12% BF, maybe 14. I'm 175cm (5.75 ft)I weigh 71kg (157 lbs)I've always been sporty, and have gotten down to ~7% BF before by being a retard, not really eating much.I lift weights 3 times a week full body workout (chins, bench, dead-lift, some times shoulders).I don't do cardio other than a walk at lunch time - too much running / sport when I was younger seems to have really fucked my knee (yeah, I know, I'm dead-lifting).I want to drop BF as fast as I can without losing much muscle because it's now the end of June and I hate the fat around my lower abs. I want to get to the pool and look good before the summer's over.I have two questions:1. Should I go with CBL or CarbNite, or modified CBL?2. I can't find anything on lifting / training with CarbNite and how to try and get something from it even without PWO carbs.I've included some photos to help anyone answer these impossible / annoying questions.Lexx.

If losing BF fast is your goal, then doing CNS would be your best bet.

OK. I've had a scan through CarbNite – and can't see any mention of workout meals. I don't mean carbs, I just mean timing. For example, should a PWO meal be part of CarbNite? Should workouts be done in the morning or evening?

When workouts are done doesn't matter, and PWO would be Whey and 5g leucine.

The only time when workout timing would matter is on carb night it self, training right before you start your carb night gives best results.

Greta, ty. the only other thing I can't find in the guide is when to eat. For example, should I eat 2 meals or 3 meals, how long is an appropriate 'fasting' period (just the night, afternoon etc). Many thanks!

12 hour fast is best, eating 2-3 times a day is best.
