ANYBODY on here play Football ?? college/semi-pro/arena type? Looking for experiences on how CBL stacks up with Football-specific training (drills / weight lifting / cardio)Are you able to preserve muscle while training XX days a week?
used to play in high school/college, currently have a client doing a modified CNS while playing semi-pro.
I am looking into something similar. Is it working well? I was concerned an out how cbl/cns would work in combo with various training routines for football. what have u learned so far that u can share? is there any issue with muscle retension?Thanks for the help
well I can only speak for my N=1 study so far, but he has been doing CNS for about 5 weeks and timing it to be the day before his game. I'll probably know more about how it's going in 3-4 more weeks.
