They just discovered IF. They are cutting and fast 18 hours a day, they just put up a video (they are entertaining) saying they will bulk (only up to 9% bf) using IF, 18 hour fastshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUPEXbLm1fMamazing, so many viewers and lacking so much info.
These guys are a joke, but I fail to see how it would be impossible to bulk on even just one meal a day. I bulked fasting 23 hours and eating for less than 60 minutes a day before. It may not be optimal, but it can be done.
These guys annoy the shit out of me.
This, I watched their videos once. Just the persona they portray is annoying.
