Starting carb night wish me luck

    Alright guys so I'm currently 195 at 11% body fat an I'm starting the orientation tomorrow my program looks pretty much like this Chest/triceps/ absBack/ bicepsShoulders/ abs Legs Hiit 2 35 minute sessions at a 2:4 ratio My sets always stay around 3-4 my reps change each week between 6-8,9-11, and 10-12 at the end of each workout I do a compound exercise of 12-20 until I can't reach 12 anymore for total failure I also incorporate drop sets and rest pause My macros look like this 170-220g protein depending on hunger 170-220g fat <30 grams carb 20-30 grams fiber No whey protein all whole food unless carb night My goal is 5% body fat I was there two weeks ago and bulked a little to see if I can do it with carb night There are two photos at 195 11.3% body fat any advice yet ? I'll be posting a log

    Yeah about 5.6 -7 but I was on some ridiculous program literally killing myself and eating food I hated
