Hi allI've just purchased the CBL book and I'm gonna spend some time reading it and getting the low down on all I'll need to me regarding food, recipes, supplements, exercise etc before making a start. So any helpful hints and tips are all welcome. And I'm sure I'll be posting more questions as the days go on. Cheers.
I've looked in that many forums and read so many different items I'm even starting off wrong. It's the CNS that I'm trying. And I've got a few questions already which I'll post on specific forums. It's good to know people on here are quick to view and reply.
