I seriously reccomend mobilitywod.com and you might want to search for rumble roller.

When I look for mobility work if I can't program it myself or it's getting stale, I go to ericcressey.com or cresseyperformance.com and he usually provides great tips for shoulder and hip mobility and when appropriate times are to take them.  He works with lots of athletes, specifically in baseball, with many aspects of their performance.  I trust his work ethic and research strategies, so it isn't just some run of the mill training center.  JW

I love throwing medballs around before i train. Me and my buddies have a garage gym so i go in the street and toss a slammer ball around. I also like plyo pushups and jumps. Medball throws would be around 30 reps total and the plyos and jumps around 15 total

I once had someone push their knee into my inflammed rhomboid and pulls my arms back to allow me to regain some mobility.Nearly passed out, but it helped. Pretty sure that was the worst thing to do.
