Oooo I seem to have forgotten to mention that part :). Thanks for the welcome.I first found the site through CBL. I read about it and it sounded to good to be true because it seemed to blend with my lifestyle quite well (other then a few minor points).Afterwards I found out about CNS but I'm mainly going for strength and muscle gain and I want to go hard so CBL is still my first choice.A few black spots (a lot of black spots) I still need to fill in but I think I understand the basics, in a broad sense, and I am now just trying to work out how to do my resistance training. I don't have access to a well equiped gym but I have enough of my own equipment from past endevours to at least get started.To cut a long winded story short my goals are to build some muscle and tone up a bit. I'm not training for anything I just want to look and feel good.Thanks for the support!
