Hey y'all! I am starting a Density Bulk phase and was hoping I could get some of you to give my plan the once over before I give it a go.800: AM Accelerator with Whey1000: AM Accelerator with Whey1200-100: 8-12oz Chicken/Steak with Cruciferous Veggies and Avocado/Almond Butter 300-400:  8-12oz Chicken/Steak with Cruciferous Veggies and Avocado/Almond Butter500: Workout630: Post Workout (After Glow Supplement): 20 g protein, 30 g unrefined sugar730: Back Load (usually consisting of 16+ oz Steak and 4-6 white potatoes/4-6 cups white rice)1000: BedtimeJust to explain my methodology, I have to make sure I'm getting enough calories to gain weight. I typically shoot for about 1500 with the first two meals combined and then 2000-3000 in the back load.If it looks like a ton of food, I am a college aged kid with not only a massive appetite but am also a 6'3", 230 lbs football player. For instance, the other night, I ate 6 cups of mashed potatoes, 2 lbs of Beef Tenderloin and a handful of green beans (totalling over 3000 calories).

Looks fine to me, but I'd totally add some more sugary stuff in there.

I would include at least 40g of whey isolate and 5g Leucine during PWO. Unless you are over 40 years old. Then 50g.I consume 25 grams of Whey Isolate, 25 grams of Peptopro, 5g Leucine with 2 medium size banana's. (I'm 53)During my backload I use 25g of Whey Isolate protein during my 2 meals during my backload. I believe that the PWO recovery is the most important time for using a high quality fast digesting protein. I consume 2 meals for a total 3000 calories with a ratio of 3 to 1 carbs to protein during backload. I use instant potatoes. The higher glycemic index, the better for your carbs. Make sure the rice is boil in a bag. It doesn't look like too much food. My BWT is only 200 and that's what I consume. 3000 Kcals for a backload.

I get pretty bad acne and just generally feel like crap when I eat a bunch of refined sugar. I've thought about potenitally adding some unrefined substitutes though

Is Peptopro available at like GNC? Or is it something I would have to order? Do you do the showckwave program? I am thinking I will start it next week. That, or Christian Thibadeau's "I,Bodybuilder".

You could try baking and using dextrose in place of sugar.

4-6 cups of rice? I hope to hell thats a cooked measure! How much carbs does that work out to be? I have about a cup of uncooked rice which gives me about 160-180 grams of carbs.

I was also wondering how the hell you eat that much rice.

If you are able to, eat an actual meal at 10 AM rather than an accelerator shake.

Ya, that's a cooked measure. I had two cups uncooked last night (I think it was eight cooked). It's definitely tough, but it works out well enough. I am gonna start doing osme baking with dextrose to have a more "normal" meal

Out of curiosity, why? I don't remember seeing this anywhere. Not to say you're wrong, I'm just curious

It is clearly spelled out in the book on page 124 that for Density Bulking you should gave the AM accelerator immediately when you wake up and have breakfast about an hour later.  Unlike Strength Accumulation, you do not want to delay meals until lunch time.
