Just to give you some perspective, when I initially lost 6.5% bf, my waist went from 38" to......38".

That made me laugh - thank you. But it's very good to know there's hope for me.  🙂And actually, I just studied my chart of measurements again and I did lose half an inch in my waist, which surprised me, I didn't even realize I'd done that. So that's cool. And I had you all worried for nothing.  😛

Maybe the upcoming Carb Nite is something you might need and after a few days you'll drop some weight? have you looked into doing the Detox Diet 2.0 after this Carb Nite?

Can't even wait for tomorrow night!! Is pizza a bad choice for the first meal? Should I eat rice or something else first? Maybe California rolls? yumI have not heard of the Detox Diet 2.0.All I know about doing after tomorrow's carb nite is to go back to low carbs and do HIIT.THANK YOU! You guys are awesome.

Pizza is always a good choice in my mind. =]

Haha enjoy the pizza =) I haven't had pizza in quite a while, good choice for me later on, but if you want rice then have at it, even sushi is good =)Mhmm well it's in this month's edition of FLEX Magazine, with Flex Lewis on the cover. What it does it cleans out your system, cells and all. So when you transition into CBL you'll feel a lot better. I did it for two weeks and lost a little over 10lbs. Granted I gained a little over 5lbs due to water weight after my CN (which is very normal).By the way, how'd you and your husband's CN go?? =D
