Loving CBL and a question

    Hey all,Been doing the CBL for about a week now and must say I'm loving it. Lotta sacred cows being destroyed for me right now, lol. I'm a tall guy (6'5) and am trying to put on size (weight hovers around 200) so I'm going for the density bulk approach. So far, this seems like a dream come true. My energy and strength in the gym have never been better, and I am absolutely crushing it at night with reckless abandon without adding fat to my waist. It's pretty wild to eat a box of strudels (among other things throughout the night) and wake up a little leaner than the day before. As a former fat kid, this is amazing.  This kinda leads me to my question... I'm a morning workout guy (7am) so I've been following the morning protocol, but I was wondering when I can/should start the backload? Currently, I wait until around 7pm and then it's party time until I go to sleep. Although I am trying to "go overboard", I'm pretty sure I'm not getting near the 800g or so of carbs recommended for a guy my weight. So should I extend the window, or somehow try to simply get more carbs in my current window (more liquid sources like dextrose or something)?Cheers

    Eat till you pass out haha, mix dextrose with whey and Leucine if you want. It helps. If anything make a ice cream shake, mix the ice cream, dextrose, whey, and Leucine together (maybe add milk or some water, and blend. Drink or eat it with some cereal or with some brownies in a bowl. 8) fat kid here too so I try to come up with good ideas. Welcome to DH by the way. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
