nearly all nuts have carbs. i think you'd have a hard time getting your fat requirements with nuts only.animal fats are preferred anyway, so why nuts?

2 ounces of almonds are not gonna kill you, just dont make it your main source of fat. CBL / CNS work best with mostly animal fats (especially meat ;))

+1 macadamia nuts are great on occasion. Bacon wouldn't be a problem will it?Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

I used to use a lot of mixed nuts in order to try and keep fat levels high with a moderate level of protein.  Not to mention the fact that they are so easily portable and convenient.  However, even with keeping small vials of 4-3oz containers I was easily consuming 10-20g of carbs without even realizing it on days when I was busy. I keep some as a backup, but generally limit myself to one serving of 3-4oz.So I went back to whey protein and meat sources for the majority of my protein requirements.

Yes just do CNS during your deload week. Thats what I tried to do. Ended up being a little too tempted. Worked a job and they bought us 8 pizzas. I ended up eating 8 slices haha.
