My apologies if this has been answered, but I searched every related term I could think of and didn't see this addressed elsewhere.I've become extremely intolerant to casein. I've consumed milk and milk proteins all my life without noticeable problems. About a year ago I began using one of the better known brands of peri-workout drinks with large amounts of casein hydrolysate.I don't recall whether I immediately had issues or whether they developed over time... but the strong doses in the product have caused me to develope a very strong intolerance/allergy to it, to the point that ingesting it causes GI distress withing 30-60 minutes of drinking it. Even supposedly pure BCAA supplements derived from milk proteins are now giving me problems.I've not yet tried whey hydrolysate (I've ordered some to try), but I'm thinking they may be off-limits, too.If this is the case, are there any good alternatives out there for casein/whey hydrolysates? Or will I have to settle for a sub-optimal version of CBL?Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Justin
