dash102MemberI am new to CBL and recently read the book. Below is my plan…Monday - Legs, 6am training, post workout carbs onlyTuesday - rest, ULCWednesday - Chest/Back, 6am training, post workout carbs onlyThursday - Sprints, 6am training, ULCFriday - Legs, 4pm training, CBLSaturday - Shoulders/Chest, 4pm training, CBLSunday - Back, 4pm training, CBLMy plan is to CBL on Friday, Saturday and Sunday... are there any guidelines to how many days in a row I can CBL?Also, is there max window for CBL following training, is it 2 hours?I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

Gl;itch.eMemberIt depends on what your goals are at the moment.IMO for Fat loss I would probably backload on monday, wednesday, friday and sunday. For "lean" muscle gain I would backload all training days. For extremme muscle gain (with no regard to fatloss) I would backload all days.

That's an interesting outline of your routine. What are your goals? i feel like we need more info to produce usable feedback.

dash102MemberMy goals are lean muscle gain, Weight is currently 178lbs, body fat 8% (calipers)… I'm 37years old with a very active lifestyle with kids etc… Workouts are approx 45mins, high intensity – I train at home, all free weights. Last year I won the Australian Men's Health man of the year competition but am keen to put on some additional muscle this year… As a new goal.
