How many days of CBL in a row

    I am new to CBL and recently read the book. Below is my plan…Monday - Legs, 6am training, post workout carbs onlyTuesday - rest, ULCWednesday - Chest/Back, 6am training, post workout carbs onlyThursday - Sprints, 6am training, ULCFriday - Legs, 4pm training, CBLSaturday - Shoulders/Chest, 4pm training, CBLSunday - Back, 4pm training, CBLMy plan is to CBL on Friday, Saturday and Sunday... are there any guidelines to how many days in a row I can CBL?Also, is there max window for CBL following training, is it 2 hours?I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

    It depends on what your goals are at the moment.IMO for Fat loss I would probably backload on monday, wednesday, friday and sunday. For "lean" muscle gain I would backload all training days. For extremme muscle gain (with no regard to fatloss) I would backload all days.

    That's an interesting outline of your routine.  What are your goals?  i feel like we need more info to produce usable feedback.

    My goals are lean muscle gain, Weight is currently 178lbs, body fat 8% (calipers)… I'm 37years old with a very active lifestyle with kids etc… Workouts are approx 45mins, high intensity – I train at home, all free weights. Last year I won the Australian Men's Health man of the year competition but am keen to put on some additional muscle this year… As a new goal.     he means the CBL owner only forums that can only be accessed by people who bought the book.

    I don't mean to be off the subject but I've been trying to get access the “walled garden” for several weeks and have sent numerous emails to ADMIN and Naomi with no success.How can I get access?

    Naomi is no longer here.  Kiefer is the only one (that I know of, I can't) with power to do that.
