I know this comes up once a week, but I've never really seen a final, straightforward answer:Is sucralose, in small quantities, capable of spiking insulin? Prior to CBL I would drink a Spike Shooter (300mg caffeine, 0 carb, 0 cal) for energy, but the main ingredient is sucralose. Thanks
Sucralose is perfectly fine. The body does have pathways for it, but they only kick in if you're severely malnourished. Kiefers example of this was a 48 hour fast.
Sucralose is fine, but what about the dextrose/maltodextrin that's used as fillers in splenda and stuff? So far I haven't been able to find PURE sucralose anywhere, only sucralose mixed with dextrose. Won't dextrose spike insulin?

It's usually maltodextrin, and it will spike insulin in large amounts, not the amount in a few packets. Search ebay for liquid sucralose. No fillers, 1 drop = 1 packet. Good stuff.
