I'm new to the forums… not really new to kiefers work…. bought Cns and cbl as soon as they came out. Been training pretty serious for about ten years… currently on cbl… never had a reason to post because it seems most everyone on here is more educated than me… I've learned more about diet in the last year than I have my entire life thanks to kiefer and all of you guys… basically just wanted to say thanks and keep up the great work and keep us ahead of the curve.

Ha! Some how I knew you would be the first one to reply! Progress has been awesome…had a goal of getting a six pack…did that in march at around 159 lbs and 3.7% bf on a modified cns.. decided I wanted to get strong and huge… hit the ground running with cbl and 5/3/1… currently at 217 with unknown bf… I have different goals now… breaking prs every time I lift!

Thanks! Lucky you and awesome progress! It'd be awesome to just be able to have 10-12% haha

Yea like I said I get tunnel vision… I count my food in lbs not ounces, haha… gained quite a bit of fat with it… working on dialing it in… but I'm happy with getting bigger and breaking prs… thinking about cutting back on back loads…
