dash102MemberAside from using coconut oil in coffee and for cooking, how else do you have it?I'm interested in any ideas to make it easier to consume while at work...

dash102MemberDo you have it while in a solid state, or as a liquid?

Dr. Rocky PatelParticipantI leave mine on the counter, so it is a semi solid kinda mush. I just scoop some with a tablespoon and down the hatchThe MCT content of the CO will determine how liquid or solid it is

bbuchanMemberDo you guys have coconut oil with meals or just at the times Kiefer recommends it (AM accelerator, pre-workout, etc)? I recently cut out cheese and all plant based fats (basically just having fat from red meat, butter and heavy cream at the moment) and am having a hard time getting all my fat in on ULC days. It would be convinient to add coconut oil to make up the deficit sometimes however I also know MCT's don't act like “traditional” fats do in the body

dash102MemberI use coconut oil to cook also…. Why is butter a better option than cheese?

Richard SchmittModeratorI have a sweet tooth so I mix some no filter sweetener with melted coconut oil and make an ice-blended coffee and drizzle the oil over it and let it harden. Eat it with a spoon >=]

Takes me about 2 minutes. I think I posted it on how to do it in the section for coffee recipes. However, it does take practice and tinkering, because you don't do it right it can taste awful or no coffee. It's really good. I should post pictures some time too.
