As I've perused some of the forum posts, I've seen mention of updates or addtions to the CNS book guidelines. Such as what best to eat, what not to eat,..etc. Is there a single location for this information? I've done 3 CN & I'm trying to maximize the fat loss.thanksjg
The BEST way to do it is to do everything the book says first and foremost - and then add in one thing at a time. For me the easiest addition for CNS was just taking the AM accelerator shake - a month later I added in some HIIT - next I made a better decision to aim for all gluten free on carb nites... basically see the minimum you can do to get A result then work on adding things to maximize it
