Hello all I am wanting to try CBL but due to my job I am only able to train in the morning.So I just want to clarify that post work out I'm eating no carbs?The proceeding meals up to dinner should be low to no carbs, and my dinner should include simple carbs as long as I am training the following morning?Also during the prep phase no carbs at all, even post work out?I apologize if these questions seem redundant I just want to understand the diet clearly.Thanks for everyones help in advance
