Hello,I'm 5'7'' about 169. Not quite sure about my body fat %, go more by look. Looking pretty good right now. I'm currently doing the Strength Accumulation protocol. My first meal of the day is at about noon. I fast from about 10:30-10:45 at night until then, minus 1 tbsp coconut oil split over 2 cups of coffee. My question is, is 8oz chicken thigh, 8 oz 90/10 ground beef, 1 tbsp organic butter, 3 oz romaine, 2 tbsp organic hot salsa, along with some fish oil too much for lunch? I don't eat anything else until post workout.-Matt G.

Stick to the beef but make it 80/20. Meal needs to be 1:1 in grams with fat and protein.

Alright. Next time I get beef, I'm going to do 80/20. Tomorrow though, would that be okay? I just want to make sure I'm not eating too much. I was thinking that the butter combined with the coconut oil from earlier in the day would make it a pretty close to 1:1 protein/fat ratio.

As long as its 50/50 it's good.
