    6 hours!? That's Carb Nite, you backload for 2-4 hours and fat consumption doesn't matter.

    No Carb Nite is during the evening just like CBL but once a week.

    I want to clarify something.  A backload can last up to 6 hours, you just don't want it to turn into a straight 6 hour binge.  You can have two meals with a few hours in between.  However, this isn't ideal.  Try to keep it around 4 hours.

    Why is that? To prevent fat synthesizing enzymes from raising back to normal? Sorry for the question, I still saving to get the book 🙂

    No the "post workout window", the time that tGLUT is translocated to the biggest extent, is around 6 hours.
