Hey! (first post)I'm an MMA fighter who is looking to drop fat for a fight in 7 weeks. I feel way better most of the time on low carbs BUT it's next to impossible to train hard for a fight without them. So I do the backload thing.  I train up to 3 times per day... Usually- Morning run - Early p.m. weight training (powerlifts, O - Lifts, hypertrophy)- Evening MMA practice (2hrs of insanity usually - sparring, mit work, grappling)This is pretty much done daily.  And I do the 12 hour fast thing as well.  I just wanted to know...1 - What should I do for the low carb part of the day post workout? (after run/weight training) to not F@ck up fat loss2 - Is it okay to have whey protein isolate shakes with coconut oil for meals in the low carb part of the day?3 - Anyone have any good ideas for a pre workout meal for the mma practice in the evening? (That's where I was thinking of the WPI and coconut oil?)4 - Anything else anyone might wanna chime in that might be beneficial.ps - I know it would probably be best to swap the mma practice with the weights....BUT it's just not possible 🙁Thanks amigos! 🙂 - Sorry for the story book :/
