I've heard it's best to wait a couple hours after training to drink a PWO shake and then wait a couple hours after drinking it before backloading. How important/beneficial is it to do this?
Read the book, Keifer says maybe it could be beneficial to wait 30 min after your workout to have your PWO. I usually don't stress about and just drink it when I get home. You should backload about 30 min after your PWO
