How do you guys backload when starting your workouts around lunchtime (11am-noon)? Just wondering if the am workout backload or regular backload template is most optimal….thanks
Cool. So backload that nite like i would if i trained between 3-5?Also when u say dont eat carbs till night, would that mean to skip the shake with carbs pw?
Anyone know how much limiting fat loss will be hindered by working out mid-day instead of in the afternoon/night? It seems like the glut-4 receptors won't be nearly as insulin sensitive if you wait a few hours before backloading and that this could cause some fat gain. I ask because I'm debating whether or not to workout today mid-day and backload tonight or workout tomorrow later in the day and then backload. Any thoughts?
