Card during prep phase?

    Hi everyone!I've gotten a few differing opinions about cardio during prep phase so u wanted to ask...I've gotten my good figured today so that my protein and fat is identical, but my cals are at 2300, which is a lot higher than I'm used to, which is 1700. Should I not be doing cardio even with the higher cals during prep phase? A couple of people have said no cardio but I wanted to get other peoples advise. (I will still be lifting)

    You could do HIIT during the first couple of days of your prep phase, but I would cut out everything else.

    +1Don't do any LISS.The less you eat carbs, the less often you can do HIIT.

    You should still be around 1700 -1750 calories, just get that from fat and protein!

    Ah I see…So no cardio then. Only weight for me during prep!
