I've been reading and rereading the CBL book preparing to start the preparation phase shortly.  One thing I see no guidance on is the following:I commute to work (only one-way) 5 miles 3-4 days of the week (days when I'm not lifting).  Carrying my supplies on my bike and having a few long slow hills (not steep though) leaves me quite sweaty though of course I understand it isn't like my squat or deadlift day working out.I also swim once a week - I'm not very good so the activity approaches HIIT in intensity - very hard work to swim a length or a lap followed by a break. The question: how does this affect the CBL nutrition guidance?  If I ride in or go swimming, do I eat anything extra in compensation for this or do I change nothing? Thanks,William
