Love CBL – Quick Question

    I have been doing CBL for about 3 weeks now and love it. Very convenient with my schedule and eating carbs later seems to keep me full longer. I’m just concerned about weight loss. I see alot of people posting progress reports stating weight loss. I have been hovering around 212 for 2 weeks now. Some mornings im 210 and some im 214. how much i backload doesnt seem to be the issue. Just wondering if someone else has had similar results? I guess is it could be water weight and some muscle gain, but i doubt there would be that much muscle gain this quickly. Also, it should be stated that i feel great and in the mirror i don’t notice any fat gain if anything i feel tighter and look leaner. Any feed back would be appreciated!

    You love CBL, it’s convenient with your schedule, keeps you full longer, you feel great, tighter and look leaner.

    Now that’s the only important feedback you need. A number on a antiquated monitoring device does one thing, and one thing only.

    It creates unnecessary concern and self doubt.

    End the suffering today and enjoy the freedom from the psychological ball and chain (the scales).
