6by6KeymasterBB.com has brought back the $100,000 transformation challenge. It would be cool if a DH member wins eating pizza and cookies in the evening instead of 6 meals a day of chicken and broccoli (not knocking chicken an broccoli I actually enjoy it). Good Luck to who ever joins. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/100K-challenge-landing.html

You know...I would definitely LOVE to participate in this, but I don't think they'll take me because of being overseas, I was reading the rules/regulations, and some member asked about Canada joining in, and they only do this within the US...damn =/

Damon AmatoParticipantopen offer to Kiefer/Naomi: Being how motivated I am for this to work for me, I'd pay up 20% of the winnings if I had a personalized plan and won or got runner up, not to mention me quoting that I got here by eating donuts and corn flakes and got trained by a physicist.

If you feel like something like this may motivate you, if you look around where you are i would guess there would be something similar, Here in Australia Ironman Magazine runs a similar contest as do a heap of other organisations. Speaking of which , Where are you? These comps are a great idea, particularly BB.coms bodyspace model which creates a great community to achieve in!

You can do it Tex.From the Q&AWhat if I'm in the military and can't get a current newspaper? Assuming you have Internet access, print off the main page of the Stars and Stripes website (www.stripes.com) and hold that up in your photos instead. Thanks for serving our country! You are in perfect position for a bulk transformation, you can be a beast in 12 weeks if you lift heavy and pound those carbs. Good Luck

Richard SchmittModeratorOH FUCKING SHIT!!!! I DIDN'T SEE THAT! OH FUCK YEAH! I get that Stars and Stripes paper here on base. That'd be so fucking awesome, any of us using Kiefer's work, his Protocols, and utilizing CBL. Holy fuck yeah. Sorry motivated Marine here. I just got to figure out how to do this. I mean the reason for that is, I don't have a camera at the moment, and a correct cardio/workout rountine. I mean I'm using the Shockwave Protocol, but to put in cardio (HIIT) within it too to be sure I can maximaze my results, either way if I enter or not, I'll be more than satisifed with myself, and the way I look,
