    “The CBL Workout”? mother of god what the hell is this?10 minutes of as-many-as-possible alternating RDL + Push Press? then rotate for 3 minutes between push-ups, reverse lunges and bicep curls?wait.. what??

    I believe that workout is the product of having a bunch of exercises on a dartboard and throwing 5 darts at it to call a workout because the article deadline was looming.

    Ha, ha, ha, I think TheDan is the only one not missing the big picture here — Kiefer is getting recognition on Arnold Schwarzenegger's website. Arnie. Mr. Universe. The Terminator. The Governator. The workout? I didn't even look at it.

    Recognition is one thing, but if you're going to tell people to workout in a way that makes the diet actually not work, you're doing more harm than good.

    I agree.The author is also misleading when it comes to the diet itself. Any carb from any food? That's not exactly right.You know someone is going to do that workout and then backload with brown rice.  🙁
