Hello my name is Matthew, i come from Slovakia and i recently started with Carb-backloading being in prep phase.I am member of 1 national forum and recently we started to explore some sorts of IFs in our country, but you would be suprised that we are just at the start and there is just several of us doing this. It´s like always in here, these things come from America few years later, thats why breakfest, every 3hour chicken with rice and other classical bodybuilding suggestions are everything what would you find in here.Hopefully me and my friends are able to find useful advice in here and spread CBL/CNS even more in here.PS: Really happy to find out this strategy, because i was tired of constant regular eating leading nowhere, but increasing my belly.
