How many carbs?

    Do you aim for a set number of carbs? What is this based on?How do you know when you are taking in too many carbs?I'm talking about carbs post-workout during the carb-up window (approximately a 4 hour window that is post work out).

    Agreed with the others.We aren't trying to be dicks, but all the is covered in the book, which we all payed for, so we'd rather no give it all out for free.

    My aim was for around 300g carbs, but how the hell do you even eat that many carbs?I started feeling really sick and bloated. One of my friends said he hit 700g of carbs (seems like too much to me...) using straight honey...How can you eat so many carbs? Do you guys all just down dextrose?

    It's all about the type.Don't go using brown rice and oatmeal.I find ice cream or pizza to be the easiest to get down.

    Spend the $90 like we all did which will clear up a lot of questions. Then post in Offical Q&A if you have more questions. $90 seems like a lot but if you really want to do this right you should spend it.

    I have access to the book, I haven't had time to read the entire thing, right now i'm not sure what diet I want to commit too.I felt really crappy after all the carbs I ate :[

    I used to try pasta (before reading Kiefer's views on it) and i would get sick and bloated. I switched to Jasmine rice and find it's much easier to get a crap load of carbs in without that sick feeling
