MaxeeeKeymasteri know, kiefer does not say anything particular about calories but about how many should/ could a 25 year old woman consume?

LiquidMercuryMemberThat is dependent in large part on body type, current metabolic rate, activity, training, and a variety of different factors. A good place to start might be 12 calories/lb of body weight and then tweak up or down from there based on goals and results (test that for at least 2-3 weeks).

Trevor G FullbrightModeratorPersonally, I'd start at 1g per lb of body fat and protein.Cutting calories to much is a good way to screw yourself over, and it's not the best mind set. Some many people have the mindset of "How little do I have need to lose" and it should be "How much can I eat and still lose."

MaxeeeGuestok, so at the moment I weight about 155 lbs (I am tall – 176 cm), that means I can eat about 1800 kalories. maybe a little less.I am moderately active (did a lot of cardio before but stopped because of CNS), my metabolic rate is pretty norma I guess. And I definitely dont want to go too low.I like food and hate to be hungry 🙂

I thought this ratio referred to lean body mass... not fat included

I'm sure it was a typo. Meant to add "body weight" to fat and protein.
