I know that the sample meal plans in the CBL book are based on some of Kiefer's clients' needs and may need to be tweaked to suit my own, but a question just occurred to me…-In the book, he mentions that he wakes up at around 5am. -The ideal training window according to the book is around 5pm.Since I'm no body clock expert, I wonder if I wake up around 8am, would my ideal training time then be around 8pm? Is that 12 hour gap relevant or is 5pm the optimum time regardless of what time I get up... or does this even have any relevance? If there's a detail I've missed or a thread that addresses this subject I'd be curious to know more.
