    Hello,My wife and I recently had a baby. So with my cycling time being greatly reduced, I decided to work on my strength to weight ratio. I followed the carbnite solution to 185 and now I'm looking shed fat and keep building strength using carb back loading.currently at Back Squat 300 @ 185 lbs (close stance)Dead Lift 375 @ 185 lbs (sumo)My goal is 500 @ 175lbs for Squat and Dead lift, before I go for Masters Track Worlds in 2015CCC

    last night i was able to do a 501lb at 24″ rack pull ;D
