Ive been lifting for about 6 years now. I started in bodybuilding made a bit of gains but was weak. So I next switched to Powerlifting and been doing it now for 2 years. I recently started doing Strongman Training with Wendler's 5/3/1. My goal is to gain mass and get stronger. My Week looks like this;Monday Squat 5/3/1 (+3 exercises, abs)Tuesday Strongman (Power Cleans, Axle Cleans, Farmers Walk, Grip Work, Core)Wednesday Bench 5/3/1 (+3 exercises, abs)Thursday Strongman (Log Curls, Farmer's Walk, Neck Work, Grip Work, Core)Friday Deadlift 5/3/1 (+3 exercises, abs)Saturday Press/Strongman 5/3/1 (Military Press, Log Press, Front Raises)Sunday RestNote I am Active Duty Army so I have to do cardio in the mornings.Im still new to CBL but so far going off of Kiefer's articles in POWER magazine and online I have been experimenting with it and have made good gains. I just bought the E-Book so I can understand it better.Im currently 6'3 238lbs at @9% BF. My current lifts are; Bench 335lbs, Deadlift 445lbs, Squat 445lbs. I know WTF why the numbers suck. Well I also recently got back from a deployment in Afghanistan where I lost some weight and my strength went down alot. Im 100% Raw on my lifts that means no belt, straps, wraps of any poly. I strictly train pure raw. Well thats me and I would also like to say that Im open to criticism that will make me better.
