So right now I’m on a stent of Carb Back-loading and will prepare to start my first time to cut in a few more weeks. In other fitness realms, cutting would be lowering calorie intake with doing certain exercises. This doesn’t seem to line-up with the CBL/CNS philosophy, if I understand it right. So could someone tell me how to cut the right way? Is CNS cutting, or is there something else? Thanks.

I’m gonna try to be quick here…. got to get out the door to work.

Cbl can be used to cut. Cns is predominantly for cutting.
Cbl is working with carbs, albeit later in the day etc…Cns is very low carbs/one cheat night.

There’s many variables to take into consideration when trying to cut with Cbl. When I did manage to get it going right for me, I realised it was a much slower cut, and I think it’s kinda intended that way. If you want to drop faster, then do a more aggressive cut, i.e. Cns..much lower carbs.

Cbl is for 15% and under to cut. Cns is intended for a more aggressive cut 15% and above.

Again, there’s lots of moving parts to take into consideration with Cbl. Cns much easier to implement.

    Hopefully this helps a little.

edit: Calories always come into the formula, whever it’s Cbl or Cns. Again, moving parts/variables. Dependent on ones size and activity.

Oh, okay. So I thought “cutting” was a special, extra regimen that one goes through for getting show ready (getting extra lean). Thanks for the clarification.
