I just read the book and enjoyed it. I was thinking of having my carb nite on a friday or saturday night, but the problem is, I go out on these nights and sometimes don't get to bed until 2 a.m. Would these not be good nights for a Carb Nite due to the fact that I would be eating carbs until about 8pm but not going to bed until 2am ? Something tells me the eating carbs then going to sleep within 2 hours of stopping is a key factor.
I'd try and push it later in the evening but stopping at least 2 hours before bed would be beneficial. Sometimes you can eat carbs right till you pass out, and feel great sleeping and waking up great.
