Hi,Im just starting to gym after a long time. And wondering if it makes sense to use theshockwave protocol for a full body workout or a upper lower split.Which means maybe just working to Level 1 (ELECT/PSR) for 2 exercises for each main body part.Or how could it be used in a whole body workout? if it makes sense in the first place.Thanks!
I really like whole body “big basic lifts” (squat, bench, press, deadlift) when just starting out or when coming back after a long layoff. It seems I get my form back quicker and I get that initial “beginner” linear progression which seems the most efficient use of my recovery. After I get some basic strength and size back, I like to try some different programs and splits (SW)Just and idea 🙂
