So hello to everyone, I am kinda new to this forums  and I have a few questions to all of you. I have read the book, completed 10 day prep phase and being at 2nd week of CBL. I have started with 80,8kg, dropped to 78,3 during prep phase and being constantly at 80,5 during my CBL weeks. (I am somewhere around 188-190cm high)I have come up with idea like thisDAY 1: 1 ULC meal(50g protein and 50g fat), Training,  PWO (2 ripes bananas, 30g whey, 5g creatine), hour later CBL lasting around 2-3 hours with 2 meals consisting from 250g raw rice, 150g chicken, 500g of curd(60g of protein), little bit of ice cream or other desertDAY 2: ULC meal(50g protein and 50g fat), Training,  PWO (1 ripe banana, 30g whey, 5g creatine), hour later CBL lasting around 2-3 hours with 2 meals consisting from 125g raw rice, 150g chicken, 500g of curd(60g of protein)DAY 3: Rest, ULCDAY 4: Same as DAY 1DAY 5: Same as DAY 2DAY 6: Rest ULCand everything repeat, if i feel tired, Day 7 is rest and ULC as wellAs you can see its some kind of Carb Cycling as well, on DAY 1/4 i would be training my worse parts, on 2/5 the parts that I have better. Is it good enough to have my insulin sensitivity low enough as preparation for days 1/4?Other than that i like to break fasting after around 12hours with coffe and eat my first meal(protein + fat) after around 14 hours and I am training like 3 or 4 hours after this. And my last question is, I started to attend gym like 2,5 years ago, so I am not new to lifting but I was really fat, and until now I have problems with "extended skin on my belly" . It stayed there after i lost a lot of weight really quickly(19kg in 2,5 months) and I would like to have better outlook of my belly, so does anyone know to to get rid of it? I have been training my core regulary and when i tight it up its strong but its covered by weak skin :/Thanks for you help!  😉
