    D like to ncorporate some bicycling.  Is that all right while in keto?  Nothing major, just 30 minutes a few times a week.  People, my fat, weight s so incredibly stubborn to come off.  I'm ready to give up.  I'm finding carb nite to be difficult.  I just feel at this point, some cardio is needed.  I've avoided it for so long, and wonder if this is part of my problem.

    you could do fartlek style sprints on a stationary bike. Especially 1-2 days after carb nite. Do 30 sec. all out sprints, and then do 2-4:30 minute recovery periods. That could help deplete you more, and if you've tried tweaking everything else, could be the missing piece.

    I had a 4 day carb binge, that ended Sunday.  I started reorientation phase Monday morning.  My keto stix started picking up yesterday, would I still be retaining pounds of water from carb binge if carbs are absent?  Or is it MCT oil that is picking up ketones on the sticks?

    Yes, you could be. It could be water+glycogen+food volume. Food volume is a big confounding factor in post binge weight gain. And it could be, honestly, just because you are in ketosis, doesn't mean your body is dropping. weigh yourself at the end of the re-orientation and you'll have a real estimate of how much weight, if any, you gained.
