I do own and have read the book and I feel like an idiot asking cuz I keep getting that same response lol. I pretty much know what types of supps to get but lack the knowledge of which brands to choose for optimum results
I'm sure I am, I tend to do that with just about everything I do haha.. Im currently using ON whey and casein powders, Im not sure if I'm able to take them in the early part of the day do to the added bcaa's they contain..
