Hey guys,I'm still new to this world of CBL and I started my prep phase today.. I was wondering if at some point in the future I happened to "cheat" and eat carbs first thing in the morning, for example, would I need to run the prep phase again? Or is it something that is only needed if you've been used to using carbs for energy for a long time?Thanks
It'll get to the point where you don't want to eat breakfast with carbs. However if you do one time you shouldn't have to redo a prep. Just wouldn't do it again. Also carbs really don't give you energy here, it's the certain fat sources that are recommended to eat and use. Carbs just help go that extra mile for lifting and all that jazz
