I'm just wondering if climbing could be incorporated into a CBL plan? Here's what climbing looks like for me:3 hrs time period, twice a week50% of time at climbing is spent restingMainly full body enduranceLots of pullup, chin-ups scattered throughout training session (for me, some of these are 1RMs).I'm just asking because I love climbing and I'm looking into CBL but a 2 day split seems so dryThoughts...?

You can climb! I just wouldn't know if it warranted a backload unless put other lifting involved?
