Hey allI've been doing CBL a couple months now, although lately been having a hard time sticking to it. Decided to hop on here and try to get some of what I do dialed in. I do own a copy of the ebook which gets me access to the members only section, where I will gladly post some more info but for the sake of not double posting I'll wait. Who do I need to message to get that access set up? Short story is, long time powerlifter with some decent lifts - 451 squat, 363 bench 515 deadlift at 220lbs bw, taking time away from that now to do a BB style routine and get lean instead of being tubby and moving some weight.
