For SA how many meals of backloads

    Did you read the book?  You are not following the diet correctly.  Also at your body composition, you should be on Carb Nite.  Carb Backloading is really for people 15% body fat and under.

    Actually, I made a comment on the front page under the Julia Ladewski article yesterday about this very issue.  And, I got a reply from Kiefer stating that it isn't just for people under 15% body fat.  He replied that he has had people go from 25% to 15% doing this diet.

    There is a misunderstanding.  The original poster's goal was to get ripped.  Being at a bodyfat that high CNS would be the better option at this point.  Obviously you can do CBL at any bodyfat level as long as you lift weights.  The progress will be much slower.  Most people at higher bodyfat will get to where they want to go (physique wise)  much faster if they do Carb Nite as opposed to CBL with nearly identical results, unless they have been training for several years.  If a powerlifter at 20% bodyfat needed to keep gaining strength for a competition, then obviously CBL would be a better option than Carb Nite, but they would have to accept slower fat loss.If you are at a higher bodyfat you can do CBL fine, but the fat loss will not be as fast as Carb Nite.

    i don't think you need to do CNS, CBL should work fine, you have everything mixed up though. have four WHOLE eggs is better than the whites, you're missing out on loads of vitamins and protein. Whole eggs with bacon is fine and won't cause a rise in insulin. You train too early to have carbs in your PWO shake, Take out the carbs and have 2 Carby meals from about 7 pm onwards.7PM Clean Carb meal, Rice, Potatoes, Protein source9PM Have slightly dirtier carbs with a protein shake.Also you could refine the Ultra low carb part of the day by limiting veg to 50 grams and take out sweetener in the coffee

    I agree , I think egg yolks are mostly Oleic acid which is an UFA....prolly less than a gram of carbs per yolk. Down those fuckers!!!!
