So, I've been doing ULC diets for a while with good results and CNS for about a month. However, I find eating enough to be an issue, I'm a 230 lbs male, with a lean body mass of about 175 lbs, and most days if I “eat to hunger” I consume 1200 – 1500 calories at best. I'm concerned that my low calorie intake will mess up my results and just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this.

Try eating more fat. Get fattier cuts of meat, put heavy cream and coconut oil in your coffee. See if you can get your calories up that way.
