Just started CBL combined with starting strength today. I've been eating Paleo fastidiously for the past two years which has allowed me to get to ridiculously low levels of body-fat. In addition, I have blood-work and hormonal panel data for pre CBL and will likely follow up with more testing around Christmas. I just purchased the CBL book from Kiefer and intend to follow it diligently. It will be interesting to see if CBL and strength training improve my results - has anyone gotten any Biomarkers of health tested pre and post CBL?If so, what does that data look like?
