I know results vary for everyone and I'm only on my fourth day of backloading, but I was just curious to see how long it took other people to start seeing crazy results. I've already seen my strength and energy increase in the gym. I like what I'm seeing so far 8)
In my opinion, backloading is a bit more complicated if your going for body recomp but if it's not of interest to you then I would say 1-2 weeks if your lifting heavy weights, 6-8 rep range. Dropsets work wonders on the last set to fully pump the muscle full of blood.

Some people see result the next very day. It gets better when you continue with CBL!
