Like with coffee? Having a little ketchup with omelette? How much isĀ too much? Do i have to cut ALL sugar? In ketchup there's 4g per Tbsp. Is this enough to spike my insulin, and starting my bodies process of storing fat?
You might be able to get away with a bit of sugar, but when is 1 tbsp of ketchup enough? And having it in coffee would likely be worse versus having a tad with whole food.If you want the best results you could possibly get, cut the sugar.
