Ok, so I will be starting the prep phase on Thursday. The only concern I have is that I have a big flag football game on Saturday (Day 3). How does the prep phase affect you around day 3? I'm not worried if I feel tired (a little caffeine will take care of that), but will my strength be in the toilet?I can push my start date back a bit if absolutely necessary, but I'm pretty excited to get started and I have the dates picked so for days 5 - 10, my wife will be out of town and I won't have to watch her eating rice/pasta, etc ;DThanks!Ben
