Game during prep phase

    Ok, so I will be starting the prep phase on Thursday.  The only concern I have is that I have a big flag football game on Saturday (Day 3).  How does the prep phase affect you around day 3?  I'm not worried if I feel tired (a little caffeine will take care of that), but will my strength be in the toilet?I can push my start date back a bit if absolutely necessary, but I'm pretty excited to get started and I have the dates picked so for days 5 - 10, my wife will be out of town and I won't have to watch her eating rice/pasta, etc  ;DThanks!Ben

    Awesome, that's what I was hoping someone would say!I read some articles, then bought the book a couple of weeks ago and have been flirting with CBL since then.  Despite taking a lazy approach, I've had amazing results! Who would've thought you could drop bodyfat eating cake and pizza!? I'm pretty excited to see what happens after finishing the prep phase and starting to do things properly.
