Hi all, I was looking at switching to CBL in a couple of months once I have my survival of the fittest race out of the way. And if I do I will buy the book and do all the necessary research... But... I do have one quick question! Does CBL work if your working a shift pattern and work out at different times of the day? I often work out at around midnight after a late shift. Is this gonna be a problem? Other workout tines are normally mid morning and this I'm guessing isn't to much of an issue. Just wanted people's thoughts of the late training and CBL before I invest in the book. Thanks.
